SAU organizes the Motivational event on the topic of Digital Detox by esteemed BK Mr. E.V. Gireesh

We get a chance to hear from the esteemed BK Mr. E.V. Gireesh as he speaks at Sri Aurobindo University, Indore on 19th April 2023 with the topic of Digital Detox.
Mr. E.V. Gireesh is a renowned speaker and spiritual guru who has dedicated his life to spreading the message of love, peace, and inner harmony.
On this motivational event Dr. Jyoti Bindal Ma'am Vice Chancello, SAU, Dr. R.R. Wavare Sir Dean, Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Science & PGI, Dr. Jayshree Thapadia Ma'am Dean of Students Welfare along with all the HODs, Faculty Member and Students were present at this event.
During his talk, Mr. E.V. Gireesh shares insights and practical tips on how to live a more fulfilling life by connecting with our inner selves. He emphasizes the importance of paying attention to our thoughts and emotions and learning to control them to lead a more positive and productive life.
