Sri Aurobindo University Indore hosted a guest lecture on Qualitative Research Methods

On April 21st April 2023, Sri Aurobindo University Indore hosted a guest lecture on "Qualitative Research Methods" by Richa Nigam Ma'am, Asst. & Professor, Department of Community Medicine, ABV GMC, Vidisha (M.P.). The lecture was attended by Dr. Jyoti Bindal Ma'am, Vice Chancellor of the University, Dr. R.R. Wavare, Dean of Medical College, PG students, HODs, and faculty members. Qualitative research is ideal for understanding behavior, opinions, and experiences in depth.

It can provide information on customer motivations, experiences, and psychological archetypes. Qualitative research is essential for a better understanding of the customer and for identifying new customer segments and opportunities. Qualitative methods of research capture information that measures or captures precise details or categories of data, such as talking to people to understand their motivations, experiences and opinions. There are a variety of research methods that fall under the umbrella of qualitative research, these include participant observation, interviews, and focus groups.
